Kathmandu. Swabhiman Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared dividend for the fiscal year 2080.81.
The board of directors meeting held on Thursday has decided to distribute a dividend of Rs. 76,91,504.21, which is 5.2632 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs. 146,138,580, from the distributable profit of the fiscal year.
The proposed dividend includes bonus shares worth Rs. 73,66,929, which is 5 percent, and cash dividend worth Rs. 384,575.21, which is 0.2632 percent for tax purposes. The organization has stated that the proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming annual general meeting and distributed to shareholders after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
