Kathmandu. Dissatisfaction among Americans is growing with Tesla, the leading electric car company owned by the world’s richest man and industrialist Elon Musk. On the one hand, Musk is preparing to enter India with his Tesla, while on the other hand, he is facing strong opposition in his own country.
According to a recent survey, almost two-thirds or 67 percent of Americans do not want to buy a Tesla car. According to a survey conducted by Yahoo News, two-thirds of Americans do not want to buy or lease a Tesla car. Of them, 56 percent consider company chief Musk to be the reason for their decision. Of these, 30 percent consider Musk to be the primary reason and 26 percent consider him a contributing factor.
This survey included only 1,677 adults living in the United States. The survey was conducted between March 20 and March 24.
The growing closeness between Elon Musk and the US president seems to have divided America into two. Some are liking Musk and the way he works, while most are opposing Musk. This new survey seems to further reduce Musk’s popularity. –Agency
