Kathmandu. Support Microfinance Financial Institution is going to change the share structure of the founders and general public in the organization.
Issuing a notice today, the organization informed that the share structure is going to be changed. The company is going to change the share structure to 60 percent of the founding group and 40 percent of the general public. At present, 70 percent of the founding group and 30 percent of the general public are in the organization.
By changing the share structure, the company is going to convert 10 percent of the founder’s shares into 10 general groups.
The founder shareholders who do not wish to change into the general group can send an application in writing or e-mail to the organization’s central office in Itahari, Sunsari within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice. According to the company, if the application is not received from the founding shareholders within the stipulated time, then it will be considered approved to change the shares.
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has already approved the change in the company’s share structure.
