Kathmandu Super Madi Hydropower in the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Thursday has decided to distribute 5.26 percent dividend out of the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 2.20 billion. Out of this, the company has a bonus share of Rs 110.25 million and a cash dividend of Rs 5.802,632 per cent for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company and distributed to the shareholders.
