Kathmandu. Sunrise Holdings has put ordinary shares on sale at a premium price.
As per the decision of the board of directors of the company, 1.4 million units of shares of the company have been put on sale from Today. The share price has been fixed at Rs 150 per share. A premium of Rs 50 has been added to the face value.
The shares are open for sale to the company’s founding shareholders. The founding shareholders can submit an application to the board of directors of the company for the purchase of shares within 21 days.
If there is no application for the purchase of shares from the founding shareholders within the stipulated date, the sale will be open to other investors.
