Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Authority Director Sushil Dev Subedi has been promoted to the post of Executive Director. The decision to promote him was taken at Tuesday’s board meeting based on the recommendation of the Authority’s Appointments Committee to promote Subedi to the post of Executive Director based on his performance evaluation.
The committee had recommended the promotion on Magh 23. A month after the recommendation, the board meeting decided to promote him. According to the notice published by the Appointments Committee, Subedi had secured the highest score of 77.194 out of the three candidates.

Recently, Subedi was also the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Authority and the Spokesperson of the Authority. Subedi is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Insurance Institute of Nepal (IIN), which is operated by the Insurance Authority.
