Kathmandu. Sushildev Subedi, who has been promoted to the post of Executive Director of the Nepal Insurance Authority, has assumed office from today.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Authority held today decided to promote Director Subedi to the post of Executive Director on the recommendation of the Posting Committee. He has assumed office from today.
The Posting Committee had recommended promoting Subedi to the post of Executive Director based on performance evaluation. The recommendation of the committee regarding the promotion was approved by the Board of Directors meeting today.
The committee had recommended promoting Subedi to the post of Executive Director on 23rd Magh. Subedi will serve as the Executive Director of the Authority for 5 years from today.
According to the notice published by the Post Recommendation Committee, Subedi had secured the highest score of 77.194 out of the three candidates.
Subedi is also the Secretary and Spokesperson of the Authority’s Board of Directors. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Insurance Institute of Nepal (IIN), which is operated by the Insurance Authority.
