Kathmandu. Tribhuvan University Institute of Medical Studies (TUTH) has decided to take part in the secondary examinations for students who failed to continue their studies after repeatedly failing in the undergraduate level examinations.
According to a notification issued by the Dean’s Office on Monday, students enrolled in the first year of MBBS, BDS and BAMS educational programs but have not completed 10 years of age will be allowed to participate in the secondary examination only for one time.
According to the Dean’s Office, the mbbs first phase (first and second year), BDS (first and second year) and BAMS (first phase) educational programs will be given to the students who have been postponed due to the barrier out.

According to the office, the students who have left the barrier system in these educational programs and participated in the examination conducted in 2076 BS will not get the opportunity to participate in the examination.
Interested students will have to contact the college where they have studied and submit the examination form between November 10 and 15. While filling the examination form, you have to mention the roll number of the academic year and the previous examination in which you joined. The Dean’s Office has directed the concerned colleges to send the collected examination forms to the Examination Control Office by December 15.
According to the office, the examination schedule will be published within 15 days from the date of receipt of the examination application form.
Tribhuvan University Institute of Medical Education allows the examinees who fail in a single subject to take part in the re-examination only four times within a period of six years.
Kathmandu University has been re-appearing in the examination six times within a period of four and a half years. The University of Kathmandu prevents students who fail in the second year from continuing their studies.
