Kathmandu. TVS Motor Company has launched a new updated model of its flagship motorcycle ‘Apache RR-310’ in the market.

The company has used an updated engine with OBD-2B standards in this bike as per the new government rules of India. The company claims that this has made the performance of the bike better than before. Apart from this, the company has also made some minor changes in the bike. As a result, it has become better than the previous model.

The bike also includes a new Sepang Blue Race Replica color scheme based on TVS’ Championship Race bike. This motorcycle will be available for sale in three standard variants and three Built to Order (BTO) customization kits. The red variant without quickshifter is priced at Rs 2,77,999 while the red variant with quickshifter is priced at Rs 2,94,999. The price of bomber grey color is Rs 2,99,999.

Apart from this, the price of BTO kit will be Rs 18,000 for dynamic kit, Rs 16,000 for dynamic pro kit and Rs 10,000 for race replica color scheme. The company has already started the official booking of this bike. Which can be booked through the company’s official website and dealership.

The motorcycle has aggressive full-faired design and track-centric ergonomics. Which improves rider control. There are also 4 different riding modes in this bike. These include Track, Sport, Urban and Rain. These riding modes can be used for better performance according to different road conditions.

This motorcycle is equipped with a 312cc reverse-inclined DOHC engine. It generates 38 PS of power at 9800 rpm and a maximum torque of 29 Newton meters (nm) at 7900 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission gearbox. According to the company, this bike can accelerate from 0 to 60 kilometers per hour in 2.82 seconds and 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 6.74 seconds. Its maximum speed is 164 kilometers per hour.

It also has some segment-first features, such as sequential turn signal lamps and cornering drag torque control. Other features include launch control, race computer with multi-language support and 8-spoke alloy wheels. Based on the Trellis frame, this bike has a weight multi plate and a 5-inch TFT screen. The bike has a telescopic fork at the front and aluminum dye-cast swingarm suspension at the rear.

The Apache RR-320 has 17-inch pangraru and luxurious miscellane tires on both ends. Apart from this, there is a 300mm petal type disc brake at the front and a 240mm disc brake at the rear.
