Kathmandu. In the first eight months of the current fiscal year, micro life insurers have generated business worth around Rs 725 million.
According to the data released by the Nepal Insurance Authority today, three micro life insurers have sold 791,856 insurance policies till Falgun, earning a total premium of Rs 724.6 million.
The company that has generated the most business is Guardian Micro Life. Till Falgun, this company has sold 544,636 insurance policies and earned a total premium of Rs 285 million.
Crest Micro Life is in second place. This company has sold 151,632 insurance policies till Falgun, earning a total premium of Rs 266.4 million.
Until Falgun, Liberty Micro Life has sold 95,588 insurance policies, earning a total premium of Rs 177.6 million.
