Kathmandu. Singati Hydro Energy has called its seventh annual general meeting.
The Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold the AGM on January 7. The assembly will begin at 11:00 am at Dhumbarah Avenue, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu.
The AGM will endorse the main proposal of issuing 100% right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the existing paid-up capital of the company. The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. The meeting also approved 5% bonus share of the current paid-up capital of the company.
The meeting will also endorse a proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association accordingly as the current paid-up capital will increase after the distribution of bonus shares.
The meeting will approve the annual statements of the previous fiscal year and the financial statements of the auditor. The meeting held the current fiscal year 2082. It will also approve a proposal to appoint an auditor and fix his or her remuneration for Fiscal Year 83.
The company has decided to close its book on December 23 for the purpose of dividend and meeting. This means that only the shareholders who have been in the company before December 7 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.
