Shares of Trade Tower to be traded from Wednesday, how much did it get the opening range?

Kathmandu. Shares of The Trade Tower are set to be traded in the secondary market from Wednesday.

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) is all set to launch the IPO of the trade tower from tomorrow. Ordinary shares of any company come into trading from the second day of its listing on NEPSE.

A total of 8,156,097 units of ordinary shares of Trade Tower have been listed on NEPSE. Of these, 3,971,693 units (48.696 per cent) of the general public and 4,284,404 units (51.304 per cent) of the founding group.

NEPSE has provided ‘TTL’ transaction signal to the trade tower. For the first transaction, NEPSE has set a minimum opening range of Rs 123.09 per share and a maximum of Rs 369.27 per share.

Now if the shares of the trade tower are bought and sold in tomorrow’s special pre-open session, then it will come into trading for the regular session.

The trade tower had opened the IPO sale for the general public from May 14 to May 15. The IPO was allotted at the office of Securities Sales Manager Laxmi Sunrise Capital on June 15.
