Kathmandu. Shares of SY Panel will be traded in the secondary market from Wednesday.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed its shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. The shares of any company will be traded from the second day of its listing.
A total of 1,30,81,371 units of shares of SY Panel have been listed in NEPSE. Out of which 5,232,548 units (40%) are held by the general public and 78,48,823 units (60%) by the promoters.
NEPSE has provided the ‘SY Panel’ transaction signal to the SY panel. For the first transaction, the company has a minimum opening range of Rs 106.61 to a maximum of Rs 319.83 per share.
Now, in the special pre-open session tomorrow, if the shares are traded within the given range, then it will be traded for the regular session.
The SY panel had opened the IPO to the general public from November 1 to November 23. The IPO was issued at the office of Prabhu Capital, the issue manager of the IPO on November 15.
