Kathmandu. Shares of Srinagar Agritech Industries will be traded from Sunday.
The initial public offering (IPO) of Shreenagar Agritech has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. The ordinary shares of any company will be traded from the second day of listing in NEPSE. However, the company’s shares will be trading on Sunday.
A total of 1,63,12,500 units of shares of Shreenagar Agritech have been listed on NEPSE. Out of this, 32,62,500 units are held by the ordinary public and 1,30,50,000 units (80%) are held by the promoters.
NEPSE has assigned ‘SAIL’ trading signal to Srinagar Agritech. For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum price of Rs 100.59 to a maximum of Rs 301.77 per share. Now, in the special presession on Sunday, if the shares of the company are traded within the range set by NEPSE, it will be traded for the regular session.
The initial public offering (IPO) of Srinagar Agritech was open to the general public from October 11 to October 12. The IPO was allotted at the office of Nabil Investment Banking, the issue manager.
