Kathmandu. Shares of Sanvi Energy are set to hit the market on Sunday.
The IPO of Sanvi Energy has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. The securities of any company come into trading from the second day of its listing on NEPSE. Shares of the company will not be traded on Friday and the stock of this company will come into trading from Sunday as it is a holiday on Saturday.
A total of 8.8 million units of shares of Sanvi Energy have been listed on NEPSE. Of these, 5 million 10 thousand units (56.93 percent) of the founder group and 3.79 million units (43.07 percent) of the general public have shares.
NEPSE has provided ‘SANVI’ transaction signal to Sanvi Energy. For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed the company at a minimum of Rs 120.74 per share to a maximum of Rs 362.22. If the shares of this company are traded within the range set by NEPSE in the special pre-open session on Sunday, then the transaction will open for the regular session.
Sanvi Energy has opened the IPO sale for the general public from May 29 to May 15. The IPO was allotted at the office of Securities Sales Manager Nepal SBI Merchant on June 15.
