Kathmandu. Shares of Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Ltd are trading in the secondary market from Tuesday.
The IPO of Bandipur Cable has been listed on NEPSE today. The ordinary shares of any company will be traded from the second day of listing in NEPSE.
A total of 2.83 crore units of ordinary shares of Bandipur Cable Car have been listed in NEPSE. Out of the total offered shares, the promoter group will have 2,24,40,000 units (79.29%) and the ordinary shares will have 58,60,000 units (20.71%).
NEPSE has provided the ‘Bandipur’ business signal to Bandipur Cable Car. For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum of Rs 95.24 and a maximum of Rs 285.72 per share.
In the special pre-open session tomorrow, if the company’s shares are traded within the range set by NEPSE, it will be traded for the regular session.
Bandipur Cable Car Limited had opened its IPO to the general public from August 27 to August 30. The IPO was held on September 15 at the office of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking, the issue manager.
