Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
In the last fiscal year 2081. The bank has decided to close the book on November 10 for the distribution of dividend of Rs 82 crore and for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting. This means that only shareholders who have remained in the company as of November 24 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.
The 12th annual general meeting of the organization is scheduled for November 26. The meeting will begin at 9:30 am at the Western Asian Hotel in Butwal, Rupandehi.
The AGM will endorse the proposal of distributing 8 percent cash dividend (including tax) to the shareholders from the profit of the last FY. Accordingly, the company has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 8,27,25,153.36 to its shareholders.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal authorizing the Board of Directors to carry out all processes required for merger and acquisition of other suitable MFIs.
The same meeting will approve the annual report and the auditor’s report of the previous fiscal year. The meeting will also endorse the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and determination of his/her remuneration for the current fiscal year.
