Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Manjushree Finance.
The company has decided to close its book on October 8 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend. This means that only existing shareholders will be eligible to receive dividends and attend meetings.
The company has decided to hold its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 14. The meeting will be held at Thapagaun Banquet in New Baneshwor from 11:00 am.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. It will approve a total of 15 percent cash dividend including tax proposed for 82. The meeting will also give the responsibility to the Board of Directors to forward all the necessary processes for merger with other appropriate banks and financial institutions.
The meeting will also pass a proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, and authorize the Board of Directors to act as per the directives or suggestions received from the regulatory body. The meeting will approve the annual report of the previous fiscal year and the auditor’s report and approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and determination of his/her remuneration for the current fiscal year.
