Shangri-La Development Bank sells 150,000 units of shares

Kathmandu. Around 150,000 units of shares of Shangri-La Development Bank have been put on sale.

A total of 142,513 units of shares of the bank’s founder group have been put on sale. At present, other individuals and organizations can apply for the purchase of shares in this share. Earlier, the share sale was opened to the founding shareholders of the bank, but no application has been received for the purchase.

Interested individuals and organizations can apply for the purchase of shares of the bank within 15 days. The application has to be submitted to the bank’s central office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
