Kathmandu. Brazilian scientists have done a miracle. They have developed the world’s first drug to reconstruct the damaged spinal cord of the human body.
Researchers at the University of Sao Paulo have developed the drug after 25 years of study and experimentation. Which they have called ‘Regenesis’.
The drug has been shown to reconnect damaged nerve cells and reactivate unconscious limbs. According to the researchers, regenesis creates a favorable environment for nerve regeneration with the help of natural proteins found in the body. This reactivates the communication system between Naron.
In the initial trial, 80 percent of the patients who used this drug showed significant improvement. In the trial conducted on 8 patients, 6 regained the ability to move their limbs. It is considered a landmark breakthrough in the field of modern medicine and neuroscience.
Scientists say that this drug has given hope to patients with full paralysis in the future to walk and do daily activities again. The drug is currently in the process of large-scale trials and international approval. If successful, it would be the basis for the biggest change in medical history.
It is also important for Nepal’s health and science. Because it offers new perspectives in the field of resuscitation medicine and human neurotherapy.
