Sanvi Energy’s IPO allocation, here’s how the results can be seen

Kathmandu. Sanvi Energy’s IPO has been allotted this afternoon. Sanvi Energy’s IPO was allotted at 3:00 pm at the office of Securities Sales Manager Nepal SBI Merchant Banking.

The company had issued the IPO for the general public from May 19 to May 15. The company had issued a total of 2,415,300 units of shares worth Rs 241.53 million to the general public at a face value of Rs 100 each.

A total of 2,043,249 applicants had applied for 23,991,820 units of shares in the IPO. Of these, only 23,795,640 units received from 2,030,157 applicants have been approved. A total of 196,180 units of shares received from the remaining 13,092 applicants have been cancelled.

This IPO has also been distributed through gola system due to more applications than the demand. A total of 241,530 applicants got 10 units of shares.

The final result of this IPO will be announced shortly. Applicants can check whether they have received shares or not by visiting the securities sales manager and ipo issuing company’s website as well as cdsc’s ‘My Shares’ and https://iporesult.cdsc.com.np.
