Kathmandu. Sanvi Energy has received permission from the Nepal Securities Board to launch an IPO.
The Securities Board has granted permission to Sanvi Energy to launch an IPO today, Chaitra 11. Now, the company will launch an IPO worth 379 million rupees, which will be 43.07 percent of its paid-up capital.
The company will open the sale of a total of 379 thousand units of IPO at a face value of 100 rupees. In the first phase, the company will open the IPO sale for foreign employment and project-affected locals, while in the second phase, it will issue shares to the general public.
Currently, the company has an investment of Rs 500 million 100 thousand, which will be 56.93 percent of the founding group. After the IPO sale, the company’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 880 million.
