Kathmandu. Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance has urged its insured to settle their insurance claims.
The company has issued a notice today requesting them to settle their claims. The company has urged customers who have come to the company to claim through the insured or their representatives until mid-December and have not yet received payment to contact the central office or the nearest branch office as soon as possible to settle their claims.
The company has given 35 days to settle the claim. The company has clarified that in the case of customers who do not contact the company by the due date, the company will be unable to proceed with the claim payment process.
