Kathmandu. The RTGS system will be operational today even on the occasion of Ghatasthapana, the first day of Dashain.
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stated that the RTGS system will be operational on Mondays as well.
The system will be in place from 10 am to 4 pm today. The central bank has directed the banks to do so.
