Kathmandu. Rojesh Basnet, head of training department of Nepal Life, is all set to join Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life Insurance with a new responsibility.
Basnet, who holds the MPhil level in management, is going to enter Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life with the responsibility of departmental chief.
According to sources associated with Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life, he will take over as sales strategic officer.
He took over as the head of the training department at Nepal Life and successfully transformed agent and employee training through digital medium. He developed a digital learning platform for agent training and introduced technology for agents to participate in the training required for agent licenses at any time, anywhere.
He has three years of experience in Nepal Life. Prior to Nepal Life, he was working as assistant manager of Suryajyoti Life Insurance.
Basnet, who also teaches at Kathmandu University, completed his higher education from Pokhara University.
