Kathmandu. The Department of Industry in the last fiscal year 2081. 82 has been requested not to submit the self-declaration statement.
The department has made this request by issuing a notice today. According to the letter dated September 21 from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, the Department has made a provision not to submit the self-declaration details of the last fiscal year.
According to the Procedure Related to Providing Subsidy on Export (Second Amendment), 2079, the exporter who wants to get the Value Added Certification has to submit an application to the Department in the format as per Schedule-3 along with self-declaration within three months of the end of the fiscal year. However, the ministry has sent a letter directing the department to take the application in order to create additional liabilities in the current fiscal year.
