Kathmandu. Kathmandu, March 4: President Ram Chandra Poudel has urged all political forces to utilize the opportunity to get fresh mandate by participating in the House of Representatives election scheduled for March 4.
Issuing an appeal on Saturday, he urged the people to support the election to be held in February.
Stating that a peaceful way out has been found in the most difficult, difficult and fearful situation of the country, President Poudel said the constitution was alive, the parliamentary system had been preserved and the federal democratic republic was intact.
“The people have got the opportunity to move forward on the path of a more advanced democracy by holding the House of Representatives election within 6 months,” he said.
