Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel dissolved the House of Representatives on the recommendation of newly appointed Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
Karki had decided to recommend the dissolution of the House of Representatives to President Ram Chandra Poudel.
The President held the delegates on the basis of the agreement reached with the agitating parties. However, the National Assembly has been retained.
Prime Minister Karki has been mandated to hold new elections to the House of Representatives within 6 months.
