Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel has certified 4 bills on Sunday.
President Poudel has certified the bill to amend the Secure Transactions Act, 2063, the bill on electronic commerce (e-commerce), the bill to make provisions regarding legislation, and the bill to amend the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059.
A statement issued by the Office of the President states that the bills passed by both houses of the Federal Parliament have been certified by President Poudel in accordance with Article 113, Clause 2 of the Constitution.
