Kathmandu. Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has put up more than 1.75 lakh units of shares in the company.
10,80,000 units of shares are up for sale in NIFRA. As of now, only existing promoter shareholders of NIFRA can apply for the shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 150 per share. Interested existing promoter shareholders will have to apply for the purchase of shares by bidding minimum price or more.
The applicant has to apply for the shares within 35 days. The application has to be submitted to the registered office of NIFRA at Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
NIFRA has made it clear that if the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the sale will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
