Kathmandu. On the first trading day of the week, the stock market fell by double digits on Sunday. The NEPSE index closed at 2650.11, down 11.53 points.
On this day, five groups in the NEPSE sub-group have increased while eight groups have decreased. Hotels and tourism saw the highest growth of 6.50 per cent, while the finance group witnessed the highest decline of 3.72 per cent.
Today, the share price of 82 companies has increased in the market and 164 have decreased. On this day, the market has made a transaction of about Rs 10.25 billion.
