Kathmandu. NRNA Infrastructure and Development has decided to invest Rs 125 million in the shares of Barnbas Museum Hotel.
NRNA Infrastructure and Barnabas Museum Hotel signed a share purchase agreement today. As per the agreement, NRNA Infrastructure will invest 9.09 per cent (14.2 per cent of the founder’s shares) of The Baranbas Museum Hotel.
As per the agreement, NRNA Infrastructure will buy one million units of founder shares of Baranbas Museum Hotel at the rate of Rs 125 per share. According to the agreement, at least one representative from NRNA Infrastructure will be ensured on the board of directors of The Barnabas Museum Hotel along with the purchase of shares.
The Barnbas Museum Hotel is located at Shuvarna Shamsher Marg in Kathmandu. This is a luxury heritage boutique hotel.
