Kathmandu. NRNA Africa Ventures has called its fourth AGM.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to hold the AGM on January 3. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at the Holiday Inn Resort in Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu.
The meeting will pass a proposal to issue the IPO at a premium price. For this, the meeting will endorse the main proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the company.
The meeting will also pass another special resolution to change the name and address of the company.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. Approval of the annual and auditor’s report of the current fiscal year 2082. 83. Approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration.
