Kathmandu. Now the duration of the driving license will be 10 years.
The government has published a bill to amend some Nepal Acts in the Gazette. The bill amended the Motor Vehicles and Transport Management Act, 2049 BS to extend the tenure of the vehicle license to 10 years. Earlier, the tenure of the vehicle license was five years.
According to the amended provision, after the renewal of the vehicle license, the period of restoration will be 10 years. Earlier, there was a valid period of 5 years.
