Kathmandu. Norvic International Hospital and Medical College has convened its annual general meeting.
A meeting of the board of directors of the college will begin at 12:30 pm at the BLC meeting room at Thapathali in Kathmandu on September 14.
The assembly last fiscal year 2081. It will pass a proposal to distribute a total dividend of 42.11 percent to the shareholders from the profit of Rs 08. This includes 40 per cent bonus shares and 2.11 per cent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting will also approve another special proposal to issue an IPO of 20 percent of the issued capital of the company. After the distribution of bonus shares, the assembly will pass a proposal to delegate the authority to the board of directors to amend the management letter and regulations as per the need.
The assembly will approve the annual and auditor’s report of the last fiscal year. Assembly for the current fiscal year 2082. It will pass a proposal to appoint an auditor and determine his remuneration for 83.
The meeting will approve the appointment of a securities sales manager appointed by the board of directors to issue the IPO along with the election of directors.
