Kathmandu. NMB Laghubitta Financial Institution is going to convert 9 percent shares of the founding group into the general public.
Issuing a notice today, the organization said that 9 percent of the shares of the founding group are being converted into the general public to change the share structure of the founders and the general public.
With this change, the share ownership of the founding group will be 51 percent and the general public will be 49 percent. At present, the group owns 60 percent of the company’s shares and the general public 40 percent.
The company has urged the shareholders who do not want to convert the founder’s shares into the general public to submit a written application to the central office at New Road in Pokhara within 21 days. The company has clarified that if there is no application from the founding shareholders within the stipulated period, it will be considered approved to convert the shares into the general public and the process will be forwarded.
