Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank has put on sale 100,000 units of shares of Suryajyoti Life Insurance Company.
The bank has put the shares of suryajyoti life’s founder group on sale through an auction process. Any individual and organization can bid for the purchase of this share.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 5,000 units and a maximum of 5,000 units of shares. The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 232 per share. This means that investors will have to bid at a minimum price or more while submitting bids.
Investors can submit their bids at NIC Asia Capital’s office in Thapathali, Kathmandu, as well as nic Asia Bank branches at Thapathali, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi and Birendranagar. The last date for submission of bids is August 15.
