Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has directed the listed companies to implement the system of sending information and information through nets login.
Nepse’s listing wing issued the directive in a press release today. NEPSE has provided net logins to companies for sending information and information.
The information and information entered by the companies through the same nuts login is being disseminated on the NEPSE website. However, some listed companies have not yet entered and updated details such as company profiles, contact details, board of directors and financial reports.
Nepse has directed to enter and update such details as soon as possible by fully complying with the issues mentioned in The Securities Listing Bye-laws, 2075 BS and the Securities Listing Agreement. Nepse has urged the investors to implement this work immediately as the details entered by the listed companies are disseminated to the investors through the NEPSE website.
