Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has invited proposals for renting the house of Governor Bishwanath Poudel.
Issuing a notice today, the central bank has invited proposals from those who want to provide houses on rent for the residence of the Governor. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stipulated that the house should be located from Bukhandole to Bhaisepati of Lalitpur Metropolitan City.
Similarly, the minimum area of the land should be 16 anna to 24 annas. At least 6 cars or jeeps should be allowed to be parked.
What else should be the feature?
- There should be at least one master bedroom with 4 bedrooms, living hall, kitchen, dining hall and store room.
- Must have a secure compound wall.
- should be connected to the blacktopped road.
- The house should be from 2.5 floors to 3 storeys.
The house should have been constructed in at least 1,00 TAG_OPEN_li_26 0 square feet of pilinth area with RCC structure.

Individuals, firms and companies who want to rent out their homes can submit proposals to the Property and Service Management Department of the Rastra Bank on October 27.
