Kathmandu. Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is to conduct a rescue flight on October 20.
Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is to operate a Kathmandu-Bhairahawa-Kathmandu rescue flight by its A320 aircraft. According to the company, special priority will be given to the disabled, elderly, sick and essential passengers in the rescue flights.
The rescue flight is being carried out as the national flag carrier of Nepal and Nepalis in view of the difficult situation caused by floods and landslides in the country and under the special direction of the Government of Nepal and the Executive Chairman of the NAC, the airline has said.
The airline has also urged passengers who want to travel on the flight to ensure their seat through the online system, the corporation’s office or the official agency.
