Kathmandu. More than 2.25 lakh units of shares of Neco Insurance will be put on sale from today. A total of 2,25,261.35 units of shares of Neco Insurance have been put on sale through an auction process since May 15.
The company has recently opened the right share sale to its shareholders. A total of 1,81,481.35 units of shares of the general group and 43,779.52 units of shares of the founding group will be put on sale at that time.
Investors will have to apply for a minimum of 1,000 units of shares for the founder’s group and 100 units for the general group. The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 100 per share. Investors will have to bid at the minimum price or above while submitting the bid.
The last date for submission of bids is May 15. By this date, investors can submit shares to Sanima Capital’s office and branch office in Kathmandu Naxal, Biratnagar as well as NECO Insurance branches in Birtamode, Birgunj, Janakpur, Bharatpur, Hetauda, Pokhara, Baglung, Butwal, Ghorahi, Nepalgunj, Birendranagar, Dhangadhi and Mahendranagar.
