Kathmandu. Around 1.9 million units of undistributed right shares of Dordi Khola Hydropower Company have been put on sale since May 15.
A total of 10,542,604 units of right shares worth Rs 100 each were put on sale in the company’s paid-up capital ratio of Rs 1:1. A total of 1,946,676 units of shares were put on sale through an auction process.
Out of the total shares, 1,285,041 units are owned by the founder group and 165,956 units by the general group. The lock-in of both the groups will end on June 15. Similarly, 495,679 units of shares of the general group have also been put on sale.
Any individual and organization can bid for the purchase of shares in the shares held on sale. Investors can bid for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 100 units.
Investors can submit bids at Sanima Capital branches in Naxal, Kathmandu as well as sanima bank branches in Biratnagar, Birtamod, Birgunj, Janakpur, Bharatpur, Hetauda, Pokhara, Butwal, Ghorahi, Nepalgunj, Birendranagar, Dhangadhi, Mahendranagar and Garima Bikas Bank’s Baglung branches. Bids can be submitted by the banking time on May 15.
