Kathmandu. National Life Insurance has succeeded in earning more than Rs. 500 million in first premium from the sale of term insurance policies in a month.

For the first time in its 38-year history of operation, the insurance company has earned Rs. 500 million in first premium from the sale of term insurance policies in a month.

In the current fiscal year 2081.82, the insurance company has earned a total of Rs. 579 million including micro insurance, foreign employment insurance and traditional insurance policies in the month of Falgun. Similarly, it has earned Rs 1.18 crore from foreign employment insurance and Rs 6.68 crore from small insurance.

In the month of Magh, the insurance company had earned Rs 322 crore from the sale of general insurance policies alone. In Magh, it had earned Rs 2728 thousand from the sale of foreign employment insurance policies and Rs 725 lakh from term life insurance policies.
