Kathmandu. From life insurance companies last fiscal year 2081. Rs 15.15 billion has been withdrawn from the surrender of the insurance policy in 1982.
Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) has withdrawn Rs 15.15 billion from life insurance companies in the review year. This amount has been paid by the companies in the surrender of 108,238 policies.
Last year 2080. A total of Rs 13.57 billion was withdrawn from the companies through the surrender of 111,336 policies. Compared to the previous year, the number of surrenders decreased by 2.78 percent in the review year, while the amount increased by 11.60 percent.
In the review year, 1,243,365 insurance companies are yet to recover Rs 35.17 billion. This is more than double the amount of the amount of the surrender.
In the previous fiscal year, the company had to recover Rs 34.03 billion from 1,158,299 insurance policies. Compared to the previous year, the number and amount of insurance cover increased by 7.34 percent and 2.88 percent respectively.
