Kathmandu. More than 86,000 units of shares of Shangri-La Development Bank have been put on sale.
A total of 86,474 units of shares of the bank’s founding group have been put on sale. Any individual and organization interested in this share can apply for purchase.
Earlier, applications were sought from the founding shareholders of the bank giving 35 days time to buy the shares. However, after an application from the founder shareholders to buy shares, the sale of shares to other individuals and organizations has been opened.
Interested investors will now have to apply for share purchase within 15 days. The application has to be submitted to the bank’s central office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
