Kathmandu. More than 126,000 units of shares of the two banks have been put on sale.
A total of 126,711 units of shares of NMB Bank and Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank have been put on sale. Nmb Bank has 86,711 units of shares and Kamna Sewa Bikas Bank has 40,000 units of shares.
Other individuals and entities can apply for the purchase of shares of NMB Bank and other individuals and institutions along with existing founding shareholders in the shares of Kamana Sewa.
Interested investors will have to apply for the shares of NMB Bank within 15 days. The application can be submitted to the bank’s company secretary’s office at Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
Similarly, bids can be submitted on the shares of Kamana Service Development Bank till May 15. The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 100 per share. Investors will have to bid at the minimum price or above while submitting the bid.
Applicants will have to apply for all 40,000 units at the time of submission of bids. The bid can be submitted to Prabhu Capital, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
