Kathmandu. A total of 166 complaints have been registered through e-mail within six hours of Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal urging the public to inform them about the functioning of the Ministry of Finance.
According to Khanal, the complaint of the Ministry of Finance has been received in the mailbox and his official email ID.
Minister Khanal said that two dozen of the emails received have been replied to. And action has been taken against most of them.
He assured that the remaining complaints received via email would be responded to as soon as possible. He believes that this will remove the compulsion to go to Singha Durbar to find solutions to the problems faced by individuals and organizations.
The Ministry of Finance has made arrangements to email the complaints directly to the official email of the Finance Minister { [email protected] or the Ministry of Finance at [email protected] ।
A toll-free hotline 18105000410 has also been made available for the registration of complaints.
