Kathmandu. MetLife Nepal along with 33 MetLife offices that participated in surveys across the globe have been recognized as ‘Great Place to Work’ and have joined the list of recipients of this prestigious certificate. This achievement reflects MetLife’s continued commitment, where all employees feel respected, safe and motivated.
Last month, metlife’s more than 24,000 employees across 33 markets around the world participated in the Great Place to Work Index survey. Which is considered as a high standard for measuring employee experience globally.
By achieving far higher results than the global benchmark, Nepal reflects MetLife’s shared objective, commitment to inclusiveness and a positive work culture.
