Kathmandu. MetLife, a global life insurance company, has once again been named one of Fortune magazine’s “World’s 25 Best Places to Work”. The company is ranked 10th in the 2025 list. This is the second year in a row that it has received prestigious recognition.
This prestigious international recognition is given only to 25 companies worldwide. Fortune compiles the list based on its comprehensive assessment of employee satisfaction, quality of work environment, responsible culture, and a company’s positive contribution to society and its customers.

Fortune’s Best Workplaces list is based on an analysis of more than 9 million survey responses from around the world. The evaluation takes into account the work experience of more than 25 million employees in different regions of the world. Nominations are determined on the basis of workplace improvement initiatives, the creation of an inclusive environment, and the ability to positively impact the local community.
