Kathmandu. Liberty Micro Life Insurance has called for its second annual general meeting.
A meeting of the board of directors of the company has decided to hold its annual general meeting on June 15. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm at the company’s head office at New Road in Pokhara.
The annual report of the chairman of the company and the fiscal year 2080. It will discuss and pass the schedules including the financial report of the auditor of July 81, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement and financial statements of the same period.
Assembly for the current fiscal year 2081. With the appointment of the auditor of 82, the proposal regarding the determination of his remuneration will be approved.
The company has requested the shareholders to come with an official identity card or shareholder’s certificate to disclose their identity.
